I forgot the password. How do I recover it? On the page „My account“, under the log in area there is the option - recover the password. By using this option, a new password will be sent to your e-mail. What happens if I save and send data by mistake? In this situation, you can contact the organizers through e-mail and/or by telephone. The account can be unlocked, and filling in data, completed. What do I do in case I need more details or assistance? You can contact us by telephone and you will receive assistance within 24 hours. What happens if I don't fill in the questionnaire within the time given by the organizers? Filled in data will not be taken into consideration. This is similar to the disqualification of the company. For this reason is preferably you save and send data even if it is not complete. Saving and sending data might assure you a prize and the presence in the GBI Register. How can I support the GBI project? First of all, you can support the development of the project by the participation of your company. Secondly, you can announce and encourage other companies to register in the project. Last, but not least, you can financially support the project. How do I propose solutions and improvements of the GBI project? GBI is a project which is opened to all ideas and proposals from the companies and authorities. We aim to improve annually the questionnaire, the calculation methodology and the evaluation criteria. Therefore, every year, between 15 June to 15 September, we are at your disposal for discussions and consultations. |
